Terms and Conditions for
BLACKFRIDAY SALE – Instagram $99 1-Month Content Calendar
1. Service Overview
- The Instagram content calendar includes 4 weeks of content (20 posts), covering Monday to Friday. It features a mix of graphics, reels, and carousels, including trendy reels, carousels, and/or posts.
- The offer includes grid branding, profile optimization (e.g., bio updates), and scheduling. If scheduling is not enabled or accessible on the client’s account, the client will need to post the content themselves.
2. Service Timeline and Approval Process
- Start of Services: Services will not begin until the questionnaire is completed and submitted. The questionnaire can be submitted at any time, even months after purchase (e.g., February 2025 or later).
- Content Strategy and Call: Once the questionnaire is completed:
- The content strategy and strategy call will be scheduled directly with the client and delivered within 7-14 days.
- The strategy call will be recorded for reference.
- Content Calendar Delivery: The content calendar will be delivered within 2 weeks after the strategy call.
- Clients are responsible for approving the content calendar within 14 days of delivery.
- Failure to approve within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the service. The client will retain the calendar but must post the content themselves.
3. Revisions Policy
- Included Unlimited Revisions: Revision changes such as text edits, captions, sounds, beats, small adjustments, or any minor changes that align with the agreed strategy to posts are included.
- Outside Scope Revisions: Major revisions or changes to the calendar outside the approved strategy or after the service closure will be subject to additional fees.
- Error Corrections: If content contradicts what was agreed upon in the strategy call (e.g., inclusion of a Halloween post when such themes were excluded), revisions will be made free of charge.
4. Engagement Add-On
- Clients may choose to purchase the optional engagement service add-on: 20 days of 1-hour power engagement for an additional fee.
- Engagement efforts will be aligned with the approved content strategy and delivered simultaneously with the content calendar schedule.
- If the content calendar is forfeited, the engagement service add-on is also forfeited.
5. Approval and Scheduling
- Clients are responsible for approving all content before it is scheduled. Any delays in providing approval may affect the agreed-upon posting schedule.
- If Instagram accounts are connected to Facebook, posts may appear on both platforms. However, it is the client’s responsibility to manage this connection, verify posting, or ensure the accounts are properly linked.
- The user is not responsible for checking account connections, verifying posting accuracy, or setting up cross-platform integration.
6. Ownership and Usage
- Both parties retain full ownership of the content delivered.
- Both parties reserve the right to reuse design elements, strategies, or general ideas from content calendars for other projects or clients.
7. Confidentiality and Security
- All client-provided information is kept confidential and secure.
- Clients agree not to disclose proprietary strategies or processes used in the content creation.
- Clients are required to provide Instagram access securely through LastPass. Failure to do so may result in delays in service delivery.
8. Publicity Clause
- The user reserves the right to share the following for promotional purposes:
- Client testimonials (written or verbal).
- Visual results, including grid changes or example posts.
- Metrics or performance results (anonymized if necessary).
- These materials may be shared across the user’s website, social media platforms, marketing materials, or case studies.
- Clients have the option to opt out of this clause by providing written notice at the time of service purchase or within 14 days of payment received.
9. Disputes and Termination
- Disputes should be addressed through the client dashboard (Trello) or emailed directly to info@helloviri.com.
- The user reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates terms or engages in abusive or unethical behavior, with no refunds provided.
10. Additional Terms
- The user is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or platform changes.
- The user reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes apply only to new purchases or agreements.
- While content is designed to boost engagement, growth, or conversions, specific outcomes depend on factors outside the user’s control, such as the client’s audience behavior or platform algorithm changes.
- Requests outside the scope of the agreed package or strategy will incur additional charges.
- Purchasing the ‘1-Month Instagram Content Calendar’ signifies that the client agrees to and has read these terms and conditions.
